This document governs the operational relationship between Kanajv and our users. By accessing our data insights platform, you agree to the protocols defined herein.
01. Protocol Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and entities who access or use the high-level analytics and business intelligence services provided at kanajv.com. Use of our platform constitutes a binding legal agreement.
"The Platform" refers to the proprietary software, data models, and information services managed by Kanajv. "User Content" refers to any data, metadata, or queries uploaded by the client during the provision of analytics services.

Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to circumvent platform security or use raw data outputs for unauthorized redistribution or commercial resale without a specific Tier-3 Enterprise license.
System Stewardship
Automated scraping, high-frequency querying, or stress-testing our intelligence hub is prohibited unless specifically authorized via our API documentation.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Intelligence Hub. Kanajv cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account confidentiality.
Report Security IssueIntellectual Property
While users retain ownership of their proprietary inputs, the methodologies, algorithms, and visual frameworks used to generate insights remain the exclusive property of Kanajv.
- Platform source code and UX patterns.
- Aggregated anonymized market benchmarks.
- Proprietary "Kanajv Insight" scoring models.
Limitation of Liability
Kanajv provides data insights "as is" and "as available." While we strive for absolute precision in our analytics services, we do not warrant that the information provided is 100% free of error or that it will be uninterrupted.
In no event shall Kanajv, located at 22/77 Ratchadamnoen Avenue, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform's intelligence outputs.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Rights regarding data export upon termination are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
